CM Song in AR Rahaman Music

We told you before that a music album to celebrate the Classical Tamil Conference in is being planned on the lines of Vande Matharam which was launched at the 50th year of Indian Independence. We also told you that director Shankar will make the videos of AR Rahman compositions.

Now we come to know that the lyrics for the album will be written by the chief minister himself. He has taken the abstract of songs which featured in his much acclaimed ‘Tholkapiya Poonga’ epic praising the greatness of Tamil and given them poetic touches. Also some lines of Puratchi Kavignar Bharathidasan will be added at appropriate places.
